987.1 CS, streetable upgrade suggestions?
Discussion
Hello guys! I just passed year 1 of daily driving my 2006 Cayman S and I think I'm ready to start making some modifications. Not that I don't love the car on its own, I just can't leave it alone! I've already installed a Carnewal GT catback system, got some Michelin Pilot 4s, Ferodo brake pads, and it came with a short shifter kit installed already. On my first track day this seemed to hold up great, but I'd love to do some more if I can. Do you guys have any suggestions on mods that wouldn't interfere with my daily driving but would give it a bit more edge? I've been loosely considering: an oil sump upgrade so as to avoid bore scoring issues, perhaps coil overs, and Carnewal 200 cell cats (assuming that wouldn't increase volume too much more than what I've already got). Any suggestions are welcome, thanks in advance!
Edit: I forgot to mention that I live on country roads, so the ride is a bit rough already. Not sure how that effects things, but figured I'd clarify just in case!

Decent suspension and decent crossover brake pads (race pads are great but they are not really suited for road driving). Job done.
The Cayman R suspension is a good compromise or a 2/3/4 way adjustable coilover if you want it more track focused. I personally would go for (and did) the Cayman R suspension. I have adjustable coilovers on my race car and they are great but unless you are planning to tune the damping for a trip to Tesco vs a trip to Sainsburys, I think it is probably overkill.
ETA:Just noticed that you said this was your first trackday. If that's the case, I wouldn't do anything more to it and would instead invest the money in more track days/tuition. The limiting factor for now, will be you and not the car.
