IDing 987.2 Cayman headlight options

Hello

I'm shopping for a 987.2 S and xenons are a must for me. Can you visually identify cars with xenons? I thought that the presence of the chromed headlight washer would be the marker, but I have seen cars listed as having xenons which don't appear to have headlight washers, is that possible? Or is it only PDLS cars that have washers? (Is there a xenon option without PDLS? I've seen conflicting info on this)

I would prefer to be able to tell myself from pictures if possible rather than drive for ours to get some blather on the forecourt

From the 987.2 Brochure. there was only one option/upgrade, and the info would indicate the washers are the difference:

The washers was always the thing I looked for and it always seemed to tally up.

you will find it is common that owners think they have xenons when they don't. They bought it unaware as the 2nd, 3rd (and so forth) owner based on wrong information.

No washers = no xenons. period.

unless someone has retrofitted them, in which the advert would make a point about it.
