Kevin Pirie might be worth a shout, one of the guys there had a 911 and they've done a good job every time I've taken the 997 in. That said they aren't Porsche specialists or specifically trained.

If you're looking for an actual specialist probably need to head to Edinburgh (George Morrison) / Glasgow (Motortune / SP Autobahn)
