Hi there
Looking for a pair of standard GT4 exhaust manifolds/ headers for my 981 GT4
If anyone has upgraded theirs and is fed up with tripping over the old ones in the garage, please let me know.

Many thanks
Roger

Sounds interesting, what you gonna do with them?

Ah, now the plan is to replace the standard cats with 200 cell units. I have a very talented mate!
Let’s see what happens. Plan B is to take the standard ones of my car and have them modified. The process will take a week , so this is simply an idea to short circuit the time.

I thought so. Very good.

Cargraphics and a few other offer this type of change on an exchange basis.

Look forward to reading about your experience with it.

I didn’t realise that Cargraphics etc offered that as a service. The appeal is keeping as much visual as standard, but with improved breathing.
I’m a bit of a novice in this field. Have to admit it looks like one persons dream is another’s nightmare!

My plan, originally, was to fit the IMD plenum, plus the 82 throttle body. Add in better air filters and then 200 cell cats. Working on the principal of the engine being an air pump as gleaned from other posts on this forum.

I spent a lot of time today with a very good mate who has an amazing amount of experience with Porsche GT engines. His comments were very enlightening.

Let’s see how this pans out!
