Boxster Documents Pack
Discussion
Hello,
Should I have received any physical manuals/ documents with my '21 Boxster GTS?
My last (2020) Cayman came with a wallet with Car manual, Infotainment manual, warranty/breakdown cover doc etc but got not a single one (not even service book) this time, is this right? I know these are available on-line but wanted to check in case
Thanks

I received a full manual with my MY21 Cayman GTS 4.0 although I read somewhere it was actually for the previous GTS. But I did get a document wallet with manuals as you describe.Should I have received any physical manuals/ documents with my '21 Boxster GTS?

I think your first port of call is to go back to your supplying dealer and ask the question why you have not got the items ,every Porsche i have ever bought had had the full pack included and that includes used ones ,certain item I have heard are possibly on back order but not all like you describe.
An update:
The "economy" wallet arrived in the post yesterday with a 718 manual (11/19 version) an infotainment manual and a service book
Thought it a bit off though that the service book was totally blank - they hadnt dealer stamped it for the PDI inspection etc - is it logged on the cars computer like BMW do?

Oh dear thats not a good effort , i dont know about the car , like you say at BMW they used to stick key in a reader when I took car in not seen that happen at Porsche but it will be on dealers system so guess that means a visit. The "economy" wallet arrived in the post yesterday with a 718 manual (11/19 version) an infotainment manual and a service book
