i'd be worried about fielding the inevitable questions concerning the incongruity of the strap door handles, vs the nav, ac and auto transmission. other than that i don't see anything glaring. but then again i always take the "buy the owner" route when purchasing cars.
maybe the five owners, the mileage, the graphics and wheels might bug me, IDK...but it's still a low price for the "R" from what i've seen.

Not a popular color and along with the miles it's missing more R bits than most...wheels and PSE for starters...
Your really just getting an S with GT3 doors, aero kit, suspension (that might be tired anyway) and color coded interior. The base R engine map can be easily bettered too. So probably worth the asking...? Been on sale a while though so maybe not...

Been for sale for approx 18months. Lovely colour in my opinion, and if PDK is your thing then a good deal. Totally unsellable though after the next owner, if thats you If its taken 18 months at this mileage, then when you come to sell you may be waiting a while for a buyer. Other than the mileage, does anyone have any insight about this sub £30k blue car ?

That said, something tells me the car must be a dud as many must have seen it, tried it, and walked away. Actually I have changed my mind, its a money pit that one.
It’s either not selling because it’s a very poor spec for the ethos of the R with comfort seats, PDK and odd wheels but that could work in your favour as you want PDK so you could always put some recaro buckets in and maybe out different wheels on.
Why it’s not sold could also be because it’s a tired car and needs a lot of refreshing and hence money pit.
Go drive the best R you can find there are a few 50k low mileage examples to set a benchmark. Then go drive this cheap one and if it feels just as good buy it but if it feels miles apart then it’s clearly shagged and so avoid it.

Why a money pit ?
Gibbo far better articulates than I on that.Furthermore. and as I say, something must be up with it as it must have provoked enough people to go see it over the past 18 months. Good 'uns don't stick around, and those that do stick around for a reason. and in this case I highly suspect it more than the face value spec.
If you check the MOT history on VN61 RRO then pretty much every year since 2014 there are a slew of advisories. Its a dud, trust me.
Cars only 4 miles from me have driven past it before its out on the car front sales, just an ordinary car sales can speak for there reputation.
First thing is the non Spyder wheels second that mileage I can see why it's priced at what it is might even have to go lower before it sells.
Only my opinion of course.

It is basically an R without a lot of the key R bits that add to/make the R driving experience, and it’s a PDK one at that.
Ergo it’s an 80K + mile S with an aerokit in a Marmite colour. Realistically it’s a £25-26K car to the right person (of which there don’t appear to many of out there at the moment)

I like the colour and the PDK. The wheels are a real pity. But then I'm going to play with it on the track a lot + sprinting (that's the plan) so the wheels would probably need to be changed to 18s where there is more tyre choice etc.
The 'slew of advisories' is a concern and would need to be resolved if I am to be a buyer. I would also have the car inspected too.
It is a tarty 'S' in a fancy colour with GT3 doors and better dampers (which were changed at 75k). I really clean S at (say) 20-22k would be a better bet but there are none. They're all a bit too much for not enough at the moment. Sign of the times I guess.

A clean Gen 2 S at £20-22K will be very leggy on the miles and most likely need lots of consumables, clutch, brakes, suspension etc etc. Buy cheap, buy twice, which is fine if you're going to fit a lightweight flywheel, coilovers, bigger brakes etc, but not worth it otherwise IMO.The 'slew of advisories' is a concern and would need to be resolved if I am to be a buyer. So it's had suspension refresh work?
I can definitely see why you're interested in it. If they could shave some of the price then go for it.
It'll always be an R and look at how's many old Porsches have been messed with over the year but it's the model designation when it Left The Factory that's all important to buyers eventually...
