I went to look at a 718 Cayman (private sale) but the tyres were worn on the inner shoulders of both fronts, rears fine. Presumably some alignment required, or could it be too much negative camber / track spec but mostly used on the road?

Tread was 4MM on the outer edge, then 3mm, then just the inner shoulders were very worn. Would presume incorrect camber or toe ?

thanks

More likely to be too much front toe? It would need to have a hefty negative camber setting to wear the front inners which you could probably see visually. It would also need additional parts to get camber greater than -1.5 degrees. Probably just done a lot of straight road/motorway miles? It just needs new tyres and a geo setup by the sound of it.

Heavy driving on stock geo would wear the outside of the tyres not the inside, so it's unlikely to be a result of being used heavily in anger.

The set up of my Spyder wears front inside shoulders in 6-7000 miles, my local guy sets it up and it drives fantastically (much better than on stock settings) but the price is tyre wear.
