I wonder if you can help me please. I’m in the market for a 718 gt4, I went to look at one today only with 700 miles on it. The car was very nice the only issue I came across is that it had quite a bit of stone chips/ rash in the bottom where the rear sill then goes up to the rear arch area just in the bottom. is this normal on such low miles? There were some small chips on the front bumper but way more in this area, the rest of the car was fine. Your comments would be much appreciated.

Don’t own car in question but had many Porsche’s from new last being 981gt4.
Should not look like that even with 3k plus miles I would walk, plenty of cars to choose from

Just been outside for a peek at mine. 1100 miles in and no gravel rash at that point.

Nothing on my car on nearly 7k miles including a track day and several journeys down recently resurfaced with lose chippings roads.

If the car's only done 700m has it been through the kitty litter on a track day? If so it's been thrashed from new then sold.

I'd walk away.

Under 2.5k on mine, no rash in that area. That car with 700 miles should be mint!
