Sports Chrono minute hand off centre

On the Chrono on my 987 the small minute hand (on the small clock within the big clock) sits at about 10 to the hour when it's not on... When you start the stopwatch it moves as it should, albeit from the starting point of 10 to.

Doesnt really bother me much but wonder if there is a way to set it correctly?
