Both the new GT4 and Spyder have exactly the same power,torque,weight, acceleration figures and suspension ..My only concern is the quoted weight for both are 1420Kg DIn Empty.. Does this include the 75Kg Driver and luggage, if not they've put on an awful lot of blubber..Its nearly enough to put me right off them if i'm deciphering the figures correctly.

Bigger battery and starter motor to support Auto-Start Stop, Diffuser, Particulate Filters, physically larger engine make up for most of this - also they cannot get the car certified with options fitted such as PCCB or Carbon Buckets. TDT said:

The exact ruling re options is a bit vague but iirc it's supposed to be 'representative'.Probably just means declared factory weights are now merely quite far off rather than completely farcical....
