Hi all

Current blades are hideously noisy except when there is a lot of rainwater on the screen. Any views on good replacements? Silicon options worth looking at? Thanks for any assistance.

My Porsche replacements make no noise, so I would start off by making sure your windscreen is properly cleaned/polished, even try a clay bar first.

New blades can sort this, irrespective of material.

Sometimes a wash can sort them though if there is stuff on the blade

Bosh aerotwin flat wipers from Euro Car Parts of Halfords. They glide over the glass on mine with elegance :P

Yep.... You can buy them cheap from your local motor factors. Around £25 for the pair.
You just need to select the right fitting in the box to match the fitting on your car.
You just clip the fitting on the blades and its a done job.
Mine worked beautifully on my 981 cayman.

Gadgit.

I’ve just ordered some of these from Euro car parts (Bosch twin spoiler 582s) and I can fit the passenger side blade easily but the drivers side looks like the attachment to the arm is the wrong way round. I’m thinking have I ordered left hand drive ones. Have looked all over the packaging and can’t see any reference to RHD or LHD. Anyone else had a similar issue?
