Probably a daft question and I suspect I already know the answer but..... do Porsche or OPC offer any BHP increase tuning? Bought my Box 981S with the intention of running it for a couple of years with the warranty then adding 50-ish BHP one way or another. 10 months in and I am impatient. bounce Is there any tuning out there that would not invalidate the warranty?

Nope

And nope to 50bhp gains also unless you bolt on a turbo or bore the engine out to 3.8.

Deleting 2 of the 4 cats and changing the last 2 to 200cell ones and have a remap should net you 355ish.

Thanks MrD, as I suspected. Truth be known an extra 40ish BHP would be more than enough for my ability though a rebore to 3.8 is very tempting having seen the Ruf 3800. I suppose the sensible option is to go 911......but I don't like the cab styling getmecoat

Don't know if this would be of interest. If it is you could have a chat with Parr perhaps as they fit the turbo kits from TPC to 986/987s.

Yes they do, I've seen the Spyder they did a turbo kit on. Took it to about 480/490 bhp! That would be one seriously quick car.

They do a remap/filter upgrade which will give you a few bhp and an after market exhaust option as well which in addition to the map gives about 40bhp I believe. If I have the Spyder when the warranty runs out I'll be interested in bumping the power a bit.
