Headlight Question

Ok so the car I have bought, or arranged to see, and paid a deposit for, does not have Xenon lights. Is this a really bad thing? What colour are standard lights on a 981 and can the bulbs be changed for brighter whiter ones?

all 981s have xenons as standard, its the bi-xenons that are not.

The non 'S' models have halogen headlights, the S have bi-xenon.

Option is PDLS which includes cornering lights / headlight cleaning.

If you have standard halogen you can get some Xenon look whiter bulbs as with any halogen bulb.

Thanks Cay, that' makes things seem better so I will look into that. It should let me proceed tomorrow as planned. I will want to change the steering wheel however to an upgraded sports one. Do you know of anyone who has done that? Mine has the basic standard one....

My "standard" Boxster S lights are certainly much better then the lights on my previous car.
