CDR23 replacement

I have a 2003 Boxster with a becker CDR23 (6612). The CD part of the unit isn't working so I'm looking for a suitable replacement. As the unit uses the Canbus system I assume this means I'm restricted to certain units. Any suggestions for a replacement? I was quite happy with the Becker when it was working so are there other Becker models that would be compatible? Thanks.
