Does anybody know the best way of sorting the paint on the interior trim, when it starts to peel off?

If its the same paint as on my 986 then it's rubberised and its a NIGHTMARE! You have got to rub it down till its all off and then and only then can you reapply or primer and then paint. I have done the door/arm rest, cubby hole covers. Tried just keying, primered and boom it blistered. Looks good now though it been done right.
Of course, that is if its the same paint we are talking about?
