Wheel upgrade

Real quick one regarding wheels... my Boxster has 17" (Boxster III) alloys... how much would a set of 19" wheels set me back roughly and can I just source from anywhere i.e. wheelbase alloys / ebay etc?

Looking for a set of black or dark grey (graphite?) wheels

I'll have a set of brand new 5 spoke 19s coming off my new Cayman s when it arrives in a couple of weeks. I'd take £2000 for them. The tyres must be worth at least £800 and they won't have done any miles as it will be getting transported to have the techart kit fitted. They are in silver though.

If you do a search on here, there are many Boxster/Cayman drivers that reckon that the drive is better with 172 wheels and "upgrading" would be a waste of time/money other than in terms of aesthetics.

The car looks great in Guards Red by the way :-)

I'm curious as to what your replacing them with (pics please ), and also why you bothered to pay to upgrade to wheels that you don't want and won't keep anyway?

I've not upgraded them. They come with 5 spoke 19s as standard on the 981 Cayman S. It looks like I'm gonna have to keep them on for a while as I'm in a dispute with PayPal and the seller of my new wheels. http://i.imgur.com/W3YtdFY.png
The one on the left is my old car. My new one will look like the one on the right but possibly with red instead of orange and black bucket seats. So the wheels I'm selling will be the same as the left car
