For me, what makes the GTS stand out is the alcantara with red stitching.
The configurator is very cheeky on that though. The stitching is no cost, but requires the "GTS interior package" at over £2k to be accepted in order to spec it. With coloured instrument dials too, so red stitching mandates carmine red instrument dials. Bit of a fail from me for that one I fear. This is what I'd like - in reality I'd probably have the sports seats though. (Unless I lost a few kg's in lard..)

Love the Carmine red - very similar to the BMW Imola, which we had many years ago.
I also remember having a blast in a then new Carmine Cayenne GTS with alcantara interior - thought it was soup-herb.
Unfortunately, I probably can't justify spending £63k on a weekend car, when I have a perfectly useable one in the garage.

I'm definitely in the very interested category - manual and no PCM for me and aiming to keep it under £60k.
Carmine Red and either platinum or black wheels look tremendous IMO, but at £2k+ there may be other options I need more.
There are some pretty highly specced ex-demo cars available, but I think the GTS is special enough to justify buying new.

How many ex demo 987 Cayman Rs were there? This would be my way to go, let an OPC spec up a GTS to epic spec then pick it up for a cheeky discount offer.Carmine Red and either platinum or black wheels look tremendous IMO, but at £2k+ there may be other options I need more.

For those who just want photos, here's how I ordered mine: http://imgur.com/a/Re3ge
For those who want the spec, here it is: http://www.porsche-code.com/PF8I9547
This is a track car, but I still don't see PCCB being worth the initial cost and cost of replacing those rotors over the Big Reds. Yes, PDK, because it's faster. A bit of tinsel and uprated stereo for when I'm stuck in traffic. Wish we got the carbon fiber buckets in the US.
Will be driving this for the next 30 years.
