Rejoined the club. These are bargains at mid 70s.
Booked in for stealth PPF.
Only thing that’s bugging me is the PCCB getting stones stuck and scoring wheel. Not heard any noise but had this already.
Love the PDK compared to my old manual feels allot quicker in real world.
Overall much prefer to my old 918, apart from noise beats it on every level for road use.
Funnily enough I saw your thread and the thought to check my newly purchased one and found the same, heyho. Never noticed it before!Booked in for stealth PPF.

The gap isn't even that small, the track prepped M4s out there with the big aftermarket APs run with literally 1mm gap. I think unfortunately it's just at the perfect size to catch a stone whereas less clearance would prevent the stone getting in there to begin with.

Any thoughts on why the white pdk GT4 at Cridfords isn't selling?
Seems keenly priced considering pdk & buckets, but I get it has plastic dash, no dual-zone climate, and white quite a plain colour...or am I missing something
I think that sums it up. Plastic fantastic from the drivers view out. Seems keenly priced considering pdk & buckets, but I get it has plastic dash, no dual-zone climate, and white quite a plain colour...or am I missing something

Plastic dash cars always seem to take a while to sell, unless clubsport and keenly priced. Tom Hartley had that green PDK clubsport with plastic dash and sold quite fast at £79k a month or so ago. Ultimately apart from the seats it's relatively poverty spec.Seems keenly priced considering pdk & buckets, but I get it has plastic dash, no dual-zone climate, and white quite a plain colour...or am I missing something
My car I picked up a couple wks ago is 1 year older and was more or less the same price with a couple K more miles but has PCCB, Clubsport, Leather Dash, dual zone climate, PDLS+ lights, Carbon interior etc. To me that was a better value proposition (manual Vs PDK mind).

Been looking on the used Porsche site and could only find 2 GT4’s with spec of PDK, LED lights, full leather & ceramic breaks. Expect prices will start to nudge up as we move into spring / summer. No new GT4’s bring built so can only buy now on the used market.
Prices do seem to be on up from Nov/Dec lows. Also number of cars for sale dropped.Motorway are now quoting pretty much what I paid for my 21 PDK car in Nov. It’s swung up £5k from when I checked in Dec. Even WBAC now only quoting a few £k less than I paid now.
They won’t know it has 2 years warranty, fresh service and good spec (PCCB, extended leather, PDLS+, bose, buckets etc).
So does seem to have stablised.
My new GT4 arrived last July and I paid £107k for it which was fully loaded & I then had full PPF put on it. It is artic grey with PDK, LED’s, ceramics, full extended leather, carbon, light package, 18 way sports seats etc etc. I bought it as a forever car to enjoy and I don’t think it will depreciate much over the years with production finished & the move away from NA V6 to electric. Time will tell

Add in CS and dual zone climate and there is only 1OPC numbers are also at the lowest they’ve been for over a year.
I had my 2022 Shark Blue immaculate 4500 mile properly top spec aside from PCCBs ( that I just didn’t need at £6k) and cage ( rattles drive me crazy and imo ruins the interior) valued last weekend against a 488. £72k px… The point I think you’re missing is most buyers will only buy from a dealer, and they’re trying for a £15k spread..

Agree these main dealers will want at least a 15k spread nowadays. £72k does seem a very low offer mind if it’s a good spec.
Now there are no new GT4 NA’ cars coming to market let’s see where the prices are in a few years time
£81750 base cost for MY23 plus VED so £84,000 for the base manual model.
As I said earlier only 1 high spec car on the Porsche used website and that’s £109,000
Prices should rise into spring and any late 2023 flipper cars will be sold if soon if not already

What was the 488 like to drive compared to the GT4?I was wondering whether to buy a GT4 RS next, but the 488 is more tempting.

I don’t feel I’ve totally bonded with the GT4. Not entirely sure why, just somehow preferred my previous 2 Spyders. Then there’s always that Ferrari itch and I think at £130-140k the 488 is great value. After 10 years with Porsche, and reaching “the Cayman summit” getting a new GT4 maybe I just fancy a change. Still not fully decided, but if I do will do a SOR, certainly not taking £72k !SpyderMatt said:
