1883 was previous figure I had for 987 Spyder production, 235 of which were UK cars.

Though I saw a post by Porsche on Facebook or Twitter recently which had the figure at around 1600. But I can’t find that post again.
Super rare cars then.

I own a black with ceramics, buckets and manual so I think my car in the UK must be more or less one a kind and the ceramics are so superior to the steels, on track the brakes are incredible and lovely on the road too.

UK Spyder’s with; Buckets, Spyder wheels, Manual, Sports exhaust alone brings the numbers very low.

Add ceramics on top of that spec and they will possibly be less than double figures.

The 1667 is a new figure but you’d hope the source is accurate.

Nice one, yes my car has the Spyder wheels, PSE, sports chrono, buckets and manual. It has got AC and PCM 3.0 Radio/Nav which adds some weight back in but are features I use, not having them would be an issue for me. Though I've pulled 10-15kg out car with a lighter battery also.

Including the 911R is the 987 Spyder the lowest production number Porsche post 2010?

I think some of the GT2/3 R/S models are lower numbers pre 2010 but not sure post?

Seem to recall when I looked into the numbers some 9 years ago the above figure rings a bell, certainly not as low as 1600

Updated from earlier post; Taken from renn list. I don’t know how accurate the figures are.

That would put estimate at circa 1800 cars.

Considering its history and rarity, quite a fair price in my opinion.

Hmm scratchchin

I think it’s probably priced around where a low mileage left hand drive car would be priced on the continent.

One changed hands in Switzerland for circa that earlier this year I think although I don’t know if Swiss cars are a pricing anomaly.

Personally I think it a bit of a waste of a PTS allocation but as it was Porsche themselves who spec’d it how can you argue?

It does nowt for me that silver wouldn’t personally.
