I think it helps to be 'in the system' Being a PCGB member and also on the Porsche Classic Register. I have used several OPCs for routine servicing, just to get the stamp. The price is usually not much higher than the better Indys with a bit of haggling.

The trick is to refuse any additional recommendations and consult your friendly local Indy..I once had a recommended list of work on a 986 more than the value of the car. All of it pointless eg 'you have one tyre near the minimum tread, we do not offer that brand of tyre, therefore replace all 4 tyres with Michelin PS Ns'

Try Portsmouth or Bournemouth they are offering discounts but you need to be a member of the PCGB

According to latest Autocar where they’re running a 992.2 GT3 Touring as a daily … ‘£650 for a minor and £1300 for a major’. I can only assume that is subsidised by the Porsche Press Office.

Tonbridge offer 10% for PCGB members, Portsmouth and Bournemouth offer 25% for PCGB members. I've found the London OPCs will not discount unless you have an existing relationship. If it's a big service I'd personally book one of th 25% discount ones, drive down there and either work in their offices or have a day off. The two south coast OPCs have lower labour rates than the London OPCs and the home counties OPCs so there's quite big savings to be had more so on a major.
