I see https://ilkleycaraudio.co.uk/ feature a few porsche on their facebook feed, no personal experience though.

A mate used them for his Audi TT. With his car it was done remotely so no need to visit. You'll need a vanilla laptop and lead and download the free communicactions software required for them to access your device.
Be advised that if someone does not know what they're doing and doesn't apply the requiste code via 'adaptation' the non-Porsche fitted CarPlay will leave a trace in the car memory. So, if you had a warranty and Porsche scanned the vehicle they would know it's a retro-fit and will be unable to upgrade any firmware on the PCM without deleting it. The more 'adept' suppliers can get get around this.
There's a guy on the 718forum.com in the USA that has supplied CarPlay remotely to owners in the UK and knows exactly what is needed.
