Sorry if this topic has been raised before, I did a search which mentioned various measured figures and the results of chipping these cars.

I'm still running in my C2S but have been surprised by the acceleration. I don't think you really need any more from a road car.

I've seen reports that the Carrera and I assume Carrera T are more around the 420 hp mark and the Carrera S / GTS in the region of 495 to 520 and 500 lbs ft.

Porsche have always priced models in proportion to their power outputs ie 911 vs Cayman vs Boxster in earlier variants. I'm assuming that the answer to the question in the title is to state output figures which show a reasonable jump in power to the next model in the range ie the GT3.

I'm assuming that as the GT3 engine retains Normal aspiration and is limited to 4.0 ltrs with the current engine architecture, then the power output is limited to just over 500hp and the only way to increase power output is increase the maximum allowed rpm, which is demanding in engineering terms whilst maintaining a reasonable engine life.

If this so, then is it reasonable to assume that the 992.2 Carrera and Carrera S will not be modified from the 992.1 or will use a less powerful ICE to allow for some electric boost but still be below the GT3 in maximum output ? or the GT3 will be seen as such a different model that having more powerful Carrera models won't matter.
