Buy or hire a vacuum coolant bleeder, best £60 I’ve ever spent!

Youll need a small air compressor too though, and a 20Litre drum or two for the coolant, preferably clear ones.

The whole process is painless and a no brainer really for any car with a complicated cooling system ie Porsche. You can shut a tap halfway through if your system takes more than 20 litres in order to refill or swap over containers.

Thank you for your reply. Why if I’m in Cyprus with no vacuum pump?. Is there anyway around this as I did it 22 years ago for my brother in Birmingham but can’t remember how I did it after a full flush of the system when the head gasket blew and was repaired but wasn’t cleaned. Also what is the process of doing it if I manage to get the above!.

Thank you
