Rohler Engine Mounts Question

I recently bought some Rohler Engine mounts from design 911, ref. below link:

They feel quite loose, with a lot of play as if they havent been tightened up correctly? Is there a way to tighten them up?

I'm in too minds to send them back anyway as i'm not particularly impressed with the quality. The first batch I bought arrived damaged, but one mount was solid (no play), and the other mount full of play. Replacement batch has arrived, still poorly packaged so some impact damaged, but both mounts have play and one of the threaded studs was loose and half way screwed out.

Any help / advise is much appreciated.

what car have you fitted them on ?
