Split Rim Wheel Refurb Recommendations

Any recommendations for an outfit who can check and refurb the split rim wheels for a 996.1 GT3? Want them done properly to as close to original finish as possible.

Anything in particular to look out for apart from finish e.g. replacement bolts etc.? I know some people don’t like to do them as quite fiddly and potential air leaks.

Depending where you are in the UK I'd recommend RimsCarnated , I've had a few sets of BBS 2 and 3 piece rims rebuilt by them and some completely custom Byods 1 piece wheels made into 3 piece rims made by them too.

Thanks, hadn’t thought of a custom wheel shop but presume it would be very straightforward work for them. Couldn’t see where they are located though?

I should have said I am West London based, so ideally not too far from there.

I’ve read older suggestions and some are no longer in business so ideally want to hear about recent experiences.

Speak to Ellie at Voodoo Motirsport. He’s brilliant and under charges for the quality of work done. He did my RS wheels but there were super rare F40 wheels etc he was doing at the same time. Guys a genius and very good bloke to boot. Based in Herts.

Mine were refinished by him with the correct Speedline for Porsche etching. I won’t tell you how cheap he was as I told him when he did mine he’s under charging his customers.
