991.2 GT3 RS WP

I am finalising a deal for a 991.2 GT3 RS WP … a couple of questions
- what trickle charger works best when it is not in use ? Is it a lithium battery ?
- it has a JCR a exhaust system (and std) which has switchable tips for track day noise limits - are these easy to switch ?
- anything I need to be aware of or specific upgrades that owners see as a must ?
Really looking forward to it and intend to spend as much time as I can on track !
