911 Dakar numbers
Discussion
This guy has 5 Porsches coming in, the Dakar being one of them, though he had to think hard what the 5th one is?!?

I have an allocation for an April build. Advised that neither the Rothmans spec or colour to sample are available to UK at this time.
I would do aftermarket Rothmans decals that have more authentic spelling than the Roughrouds (vegan version), e.g. this: https://www.wrappshop.eu/collections/carrera/produ...The issue is the above decal is for 991.2 not 992, so I would talk to the vendor
Not too worried about lack of Rothmans option. The paint colour scheme was cool but put off by Roughmans logo.
Can't make my mind up between the green (which will have the matching stitching as standard) - or go for white (possibly with the 74 decals).
Ideally I would have gone for Light Ivory (to match my 65 911) and no decals.

Not sure yet. Can't see me rallying in it anytime soon (I rally classic Porsche). However the car is so much more versatile than standard 911 so it opens up possibilities with snow, gravel and roads you wouldn't/couldnt take a normal 911. With the roof system and upcoming tent - could be a fun anywhere tourer rather than using a Cayenne or SUV.

Great to see a few guys ordering one. Can I ask what your going to use it for please, genuinely interested!
I intend on tracking mine to see if it is as good on tarmac as there saying, and a few mates do a bit of off roading so going to take it along with them and see just how "ambitious" I can be off road with it ! it will not be a garage queen!Gassing Station | 911/Carrera GT | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
