Dansk. Got mine on a deal from Euro Car Parts.

I went for their quieter road ones. Still sounded good, but trackday and socially acceptable.

Do the Dansk ones have the flexible bit on the pipework? If yes I’ve read they are prone to cracking.

I have Fabspeed boxes on mine which were fitted when I bought it and they are well made. They aren’t excessively loud but there is a slight drone at 2000 rpm so wouldn’t be ideal for regular motorway driving.

I can highly recommend Cargraphic, not the cheapest option but sound lovely with no drone at all.

Heard lots of good reports on Topgear too.

Hi, I've got a pair of Topgear exhausts (British made) and for the £s they're pretty good although I've also upgraded my cats whilst I qas replacing my old boxes - they do a loud and less loud version and are comparatively good value compared to others mentioned. If you fancy a switchable system Design911 do a good one (fob operated).

Get yourself over to 911uk forum as you'll find some discounts on both brands if you are interested & also have a look on YouTube for both brands I've mentioned....

Roock Racing did an exhaust package for the 996. A friend of mine had one.

The best exhaust sound. On any car, ever. Other than a 1960s Ferrari maybe.

But you'll never find one. Sorry. I shouldn't have said anything should I?

Poor photos....

I won’t fit dansk to my 996 again.
Currently have design tek supremacy exhuasts fitted.

The sound is superb. No flexi bits. Not had them long enough to see how well they last.

I have the factory PSE on my 996.1 and love the sound. Never drive it with the valves closed and this summer willl probably fit top gear 200 cell cats smile

The Roock exhaust would have been made by M&M and/or Europipe.
The system for my Manthey Mk 996 GT3 utilised M&M manifolds, and the rest of the system (cats, X pipe and silencers/tailpipes was fabricated by Europipe.
Unfortunately Europipe stopped making exhausts for the N/A 996 models some years ago.
M&M would make a system to the same spec if you requested it, or you could just buy it off the shelf from FVD Brombacher (who get M&M to manufacture it for them)
