Has anyone bought a front splitter recently ?

Would rather a flexible one rather than a GPR moulded spoiler. Any recommendations ?
Thanks
Simon

you could try Carnewal.

I wonder if they do one for the 997.1

I had this in mind and it's softer.

Cheapest place is your opc, just need part number. I have a new one in my garage I’ll post part number later when I get home.
Be aware cup splitters are about 20mm deeper and therefore catch on everything. The standard GT3 997 splitter is quite flexible, black plastic finish. If your spitter has cracked I expect the wrong version has been fitted the aero body kit version is brittle and comes in primer which would need to be painted.

Thanks lads, I did make a pattern and make last last few out of GPR as I was going through them every other month ....

Just ordered the 'proper' part and stopped being a cheap skate as I now do not have to put up with bottoming out everytime I leave my drive !!

Reviving a useful old thread here as it has the Porsche part numbers for the Cup and the standard 997.1 splitter.

Has anyone ordered either one recently? If so, how was the availability and cost? Is an OPC still the best place to get one?

Back in August 2024 I was told by Porsche Germany that the 997.1 cup lip with ducts (PN 997-505-983-91) has been discontinued.
The no duct version (PN997-505-983-90) is still available though.
Gert at Carnewal may still have a couple of duct versions, I got a last one from FVD Germany (149Euro +shipping+import).
Edit to add - OPC (£123.83 inc 10% PCGB discount) is the cheapest I've found if you can collect in person

Thanks thumbup

FVD have the no-ducts Cup splitter as above for €177 incl VAT.

OPC have the standard GT3 part (updated part number - 997 505 983 98) for £341. Design911 have an 'OE equivalent' of this part for £230 incl VAT.

'Ello all -

Old thread resurrection....

am after a lower lip front splitter for my 997.1 turbo -

the c. 2 1/2 inch ABS part that sits below the main front spoiler, as mine has suffered over the years and is pretty scuffed and bent...

any places to source one for lass than the £1200 ish that the part costs?
