997 bonnet catch adjustment.
Discussion
When I drop the bonnet on my 997 it now hits the catch with a bang and the catch doesn’t move back as it once used to. I feel sure it’s just a matter of adjustment but a very quick look didn’t reveal how it adjusts.
I could of course drop it into Porsche but if is an easy job I will do it myself.
Any pointers appreciated.

Pretty sure it'll be the same as on the 996:
Lift rubber bonnet seal to allow front part of carpet to be pushed out of the way
Loosen 2 nuts on the release mechanism and move to desired location then re-tighten.
Repeat above until happy
Replace carpet & rubber seal
Thanks. Actually I've lubed it and it seems better now. Let's see.Lift rubber bonnet seal to allow front part of carpet to be pushed out of the way
