996.2 GT3 rear drop link help
Discussion
I ordered and received a pair of PowerGrid adjustable rear drop links which appear to be excellent quality.
The issue I have is the originals on the car measure circa 160mm centre to centre in length but the PowerGrid ones are only adjustable from 90 - 100mm.
I'm guessing that these will not fit? Looking at links from RSS & Tarrett they look pretty short but I can't get any specific sizes.
Are ungraded adjustable links purposely shorter or have I got the wrong size?
Any info would be greatly appreciated...

Waaaay too long IMO.
See the attached image of my homemade items fitted to a set of Ohlins dampers (which utilise standard ARB droplink brackets)

I'd suggest you've been sent fronts ...

Many thanks for getting back to me.See the attached image of my homemade items fitted to a set of Ohlins dampers (which utilise standard ARB droplink brackets)

The links I have been sent are adjustable between 90mm & 100mm - is that not reasonably short? The drop links currently on the rear of the car measure 160mm. The car has a KW Variant 3 kit fitted. With the current set up I just can't see how the short links would work...
I presume the KW’s use a different (higher) ARB droplink mounting point on the rear dampers ? And thus require a longer droplink ?
I’d get in touch with the supplier of your droplinks and give them them the dimensions of your existing droplinks to see if they have anything that is the correct length to fit the KW’s.

I've taken a few photos... the driver side drop link is adjustable, the passenger side not... part of the reason I want to replace them. The drop links measure circa 160mm. Please excuse it looking a bit oily in there... its ACF50 I've used while the car is stored for winter. Does anything look amiss here?

Technically speaking, you don’t need both droplinks to be adjustable, just disconnect the adjustable end at static ride height and adjust it so there’s zero preload on the bar and reconnect it.
But if you want both adjustable, I’d contact your supplier with the length of the non adjustable droplink and see if they have something that length that’s compatible.

I've had an update from both KW and PowerGrid. KW has told be that KW Variant 3's use standard length drop links and PowerGrid have confirmed that standard length drop links are 160mm in length centre to centre and they had mistakenly sent me the wrong size. The correct ones are on the way...But if you want both adjustable, I’d contact your supplier with the length of the non adjustable droplink and see if they have something that length that’s compatible.

Glad you are sorted but bear in mind there is a non oem option that works perfectly well for the rear. The issue I have is the originals on the car measure circa 160mm centre to centre in length but the PowerGrid ones are only adjustable from 90 - 100mm.

Many thanks for that. That's great to know and the price is extremely cheap! However, I wanted adjustable links so I've gone with PowerGrid. They are by far the best adjustable links I've seen... https://www.eurocarparts.com/search/632900495
