Rear suspension 'creak'
Discussion
Hi
I have a 997.1 C2S and have noticed a creak at the rear when going over speed humps. Particularly if I have been driving in the rain a few days prior.
I have the PASM and it doesn't do it with it engaged (because it never gets to 'that point' the sound is made I guess)
The car has 70k miles so I assume it will need new part, has anyone had the same before?
Thanks

Had similar on my Boxster without PASM, was the lower control arms, there are a few bits that can cause creaking though & many need to change as pairs & then do tracking. I don't think any of the suspension parts on normal 997s are that expensive, PASM shocks are £300-£400 each so worst case scenario you're looking at a bag of sand and a nice improvement in the drive when it's done, or less if it's something else
