Hi all
Can anyone please point me in the right direction of a good insurer for my pending 997 GT3
My current insurer (LV) won't cover it
And A plan's best effort is £1350 ( pricey ??)
I'm 46 clean license no points and full no claims
Thanks

Same age and I pay £450 less with uk trackdays unlimited. Mannings UK or try Classic line limited uk trackdays but cheaper again £650 less. Price based on last years quotes, full no claims, garaged live in midlands.

Manning are great, I would also recommend ClassicLine insurance, as they also provide track day cover, agreed value and so on.

From what I gather, the cost of cover will vary a lot as soon as the vehicle value exceeds £100k; so the premium will depend greatly on whether 997.1 or .2 (or RS for that matter).

I use Classic Line. Good price. However, strict rules on using a garage from 2200 - 0600 and only being allowed to park on the road overnight if 'on a journey'. Therefore, no parking it one mile from home.

Mannings have the same garaging overnight when within X miles of home on my policy. Can't remember exactly why, but it's not a problem for me anyway.
