Console buttons

Hi folks,

Just going about the business of buying a 996 C4S with a GT3 body kit.

Quick question - there are two buttons that are blank in the photos and I wondered what they were for?

The car does not have the SatNav option and the middle two buttons to the right of the heater controls are blank. Does anyone know what they might do / have done? I presume one would be to lift the tail - but with a fixed spoiler clearly this button would not be present?

Most of the 996 have blank buttons left and right of the radio/navi.

The more options, the less blank buttons.

[Dammit]

Mine had two blanks, which was very handy- when I deleted the lower centre console it meant I had somewhere to move the heated seat buttons.
