Thanks slippydiff

As you see I'm a long term member and sensible poster which is why I asked

I've already searched the classified and not much help as nothing similar on sale

Is it now not possible to garner option here ?

I happy to discuss via pm but would like views of the forum experts

Is a classified " offers" the best approach?

I'm not a moderator smile I think you need to be responsible to get that gig, which explains why I've never considered it hehe
I'm not sure how strict the mods are on "what's my car worth" type threads. Clearly links to a (your own) classified advert are a big no no, so possibly worth canvassing opinion before you post an advert. State the basics : spec, year, mileage etc etc and see what the more enlightened on here think it's worth. Worst case scenario your post will get moderated or removed !

I am pretty sure you can work out from the PH classifieds a pretty good idea to within a couple of K what your car is worth. Everything is a punt. Stick it up for what you want and the market will decide. Or get a couple of trade bids that will also give you a good idea.
