Morning all,

Have been advised the 1986 Turbo is suffering from leaking struts.

Interested and appreciate to know what suspension set up others are running. OEM or aftermarket?

Thanks

Front or rear? I'd probably do all 4 anyway. You could just stick some fresh shocks / inserts on, probably Bilsteins but might be worth looking at some of the suspension bushes too as they are probably well past their best if they are still original.

Have a look at impactbumpers.com forum for more detailed info on options.

I did all corners, powerflex bushes as well.
These are so often overlooked by so many owners due to cost.
Its amazing how it can change a cars ride.

I ordered the new KW Classic V3 3-way adjustable torsion bar suspension for my 930 1982 model. bit over 2 grand, looking forward to test it.

If you are replacing all four shocks (Bilstein Sport version) replace the torsion bars as well. Plus a proper geometry set up and some decent rubber

Anyone know costs or suppliers for Bilstein's? New rubber going on this week and once done. Have been recommended "centre of gravity" for geo set up.

Thanks
