997 gt3 c/s

I am looking at 2007 997 gt3 club sport(at dealer) 27k very good order full history .All under trays dropped and wax oiled, no over rev,new discs and pads.So what is it worth????????

No the ultima been gone 4 years(pleased to see the back of it)I have had a m400 noble which has been gone 14 weeks(fantastic) but i fancy a change.

Asking prices for currently available 997.1 GT3 comforts start at £78k on PH.

The asking price on a ClubSport maybe £90k but there seem to be a few available. Are they selling?
