Will these pads last?
Discussion
Hi all,
Sorry for posting such an uninteresting topic. Just looking for a bit of advice, we've got a Silverstone track day booked for next week, I've just checked the pads on the car ('05 GT3) and they're looking a little low, pics below.
Top of the pad

Bottom of the pad

Bottom of the pad is thinner than the top. They're OEM Porsche pads. Quite a bit of high speed braking to do at Silverstone GP - do we think they'll last a full day there?
Cheers

FFS you have your Dad has a GT3. Why would you go to the expense of a track day and be worrying about pad wear. Get them changed, bedded in an enjoy a day on the track without worry!
Fixed that for you.
Pads were fine in the end, they still look similar to the pics in the OP! Thanks for the advice all.
Here's some vid from the day if anyone's interested http://youtu.be/kJrwfNwR63w
