I know a friend with a Purple (non-UK) 991 GT3 RS that is being delivered 13 June. He should be in the UK with it for the Summer.

Will depend on spec. PTS will be late in year, RHD will be July onwards and delayed if you want 918 seats. No idea why anyone would go for early car with wrong seats.

November build for me...from what I believe this would be first car (from dealer) after 918 allocation

I've been told July build with August delivery. Not sure how the summer shut down will affect things though.

I've been told the same thing by Porsche Dubai now I have decided to go with a standard colour (Ultra Violet) and not PTS.
