Once again, as I decide I should sell my turbo, something goes wrong!

I'm getting occasional hesitation - like a brief stutter - if driving at a steady speed on light throttle. Acceleration / boost is fine.

I assumed MAF was the most likely cause but Durametric disagrees. Fault P1126 "Porsche fault code 356 - oxygen sensing adaption lower load range bank 1" was logged.

Reading actual values does seem to confirm it's bank 1 oxygen sensor - bank 2 lambda value changes with the position of the accelerator pedal, bank 1 reading stays absolutely fixed at 1.

So, I assume I need an oxygen sensor on bank 1. Not sure I've ever had any in the last 5.5 years / 40k miles so will do both.

But how easy is it? I've searched but couldn't find any useful posts - only for non turbos. Can I do this without removing bumper and intercoolers?

Any guides would be very handy.

I suspect its rear bumper off to access properly. Not a big job to be honest

Cheers. Had the front one off before so assume the rear is equally easy - just hoped it might be even simpler.

Ordered two new sensors today so will sort it in the next few weeks.
