Can anyone recommend any breakers which have used Porsche parts? I need a complete front toolkit for the Gen 2 997 gt3. It's like over a grand to buy new.

What tool kit would that be? I don't have any tools in my car.

Under the front bonnet, open the latch, there is tyre Filler (gas), Jack, Wheel locking nut etc.

... and lift the floor panel to reveal the polystyrene tray in the boot floor and the pair of covers at the bottom against the bulkhead (sealant on one side, socket on the other).

There is no jack (not in Europe anyway). There is a socket for the centre lock wheels, a bottle of standard Porsche tyre sealant, the basic 997 set of tools in the little plastic box (IIRC screwdriver, little spanner and the tool for removing the headlights), pressure gauge, compressor, tow loop... Basically - the only Gen 2 GT3 specific item is the wheel socket - otherwise it is as any other 997 but without the wheel locating bolts. You don't even get the first aid kit in the UK.

Most of the cost of a complete set is the socket and the compressor.

Thanks mate. good to know, as I don't have one in there I didn't know all the bits.

I know that there is a hole on the left against the bulkhead for the Centre locking nut and that little chappie is 300 quid. I will get a regular 997 poly holder and the regular tools in that case. Cheers.... but again.. where can I get a used one?
