I've had a deposit on one since Jan and I think it's going to be a long wait

there are cars for sale now (if you want to pay 15k more), and unsold cars at dealers waiting for the engine swap still.

some dealers have NOT sold some of the cars where people pulled out of buying them.

the issue is, who owns these cars ?, will the OPC have to sell at list or can they now sell with a 15k price rise.

Dealer called me today confirming build slot and lock the spec. Deja-vu as they had called me in Feb to do the same biggrin

Romans has one available for you :

Thanks - chatting to dealer who is going to look for a 2015 car - just need a £10k deposit and will confirm in September if one is forthcoming. Said they will stop making the GT3 very soon?

The handful of these cars will have been dealer registered on return.....so they can ask the £20k plus premium....like the Silverstone car...yes

As you know, OPCs can't ask over list for unregistered cars.

Can't imagine why some OPCs are taking deposits.....the last cars for UK were built earlier in the year, remained at the factory and will be delivered no later than October this year I understand....132 UK cars in total....thumbup

I didn't realise it was going to be a limited run of GT3s?

I'd have thought the forthcoming Cayman GT4 might be a wiser choice. Looks stunning and may well be a better 'real world' drive than a GT3 - for less money.
