997TT advice please

Ive found 2006 manual mode model private sale . But not listed yet its done 25000 miles and just had major service done the condition can only be described as immaculate inside and out . It's got a lovely spec.

Bose, electric seats, cruise, reverse park aid multifunction steering wheel , sports exhaust (milltek I believe) and a few other gizmos . It's got a factory upgrade gt3 style rear spoiler and front bumper. 2 owner car.

It has tracker but the warranty has run out could anyone give me any advice on the value of this car as I would like to make a sensible offer .

Just make sure it was a factory fitted spoiler and not one that's been added for any other reason (Devils advocate)!
