GT3 LSD Rebuild

Morning all
Winter job number one is to get my LSD rebuilt for my 997.1 GT3
Can anyone recommend someone to do this in the South please?
Preferably somewhere I can take the car and leave it with them (I dont have the space or time to remove the LSD myself)

Edited to add - Spoke to JZM, they can only get the parts from a supplier in the US at considerable cost!

997 GT3 diff?
Remove from car,attach to chain, use for preventing boat drifting when fishing. It may however not prove useful even for that.
Seriously, take the opportunity to put in a proper diff and never look back. Its 20/40 lock up and cheap as cheap can be. Look for a used 996 GT3 diff if you don't want to spend on a guard unit or similar.

I am looking to spend around £1500 all in. The parts that JZM source blow my budget

A proper diff is the plan. Looking to get a ramp of around 40/60. Do you know where I can get a guards unit from in the UK?Seriously, take the opportunity to put in a proper diff and never look back. I think you're going to struggle to get a complete diff to the correct spec, fitted, within your budget.
As a rough guide, a set of Cup plates and fitting on my 996 GT3 diff was approx £1000. Not sure you'd be able to get a full diff assembly with Cup plates, fitted, for £500 more.
A quick search on EBay and a used 996 diff is $1800 and that doesn't even have cup plates in it.

I had new Cup plates fitted to my 7.1GT3 by RPM Technik last year, cost about £1500 all in. I had an oil change done same time and total bill was just over 1700, but I think I supplied the oil... My before-after 'testing' / comparison was at Silverstone, and the difference was night and day. Much better with the new diff, far more stable when applying power out of corners.
Email Matt at GT Gears (guard) and find out what your options are and what will suit etc.
Then you will atleast have an idea to take to whoever will do your work. You can then just work out whether they order the parts or you do.

Given your budget, I'd expect you will only be able to replace your plates. The factory ramps will probably have to remain. How far from optimal this is will depend on your use.
Fwiw, labour for a diff is essentially fixed so it may make sense to apply man maths. Either justify the ramps at the same time or hold off until you can do both (providing you want them).
Regardless, shoot an email off and you should get some good info back.
