Italian Fuchs Replicas From Design 911 - anyone had these?

Evening all....

Has anyone had any of these? Im looking at the 7.5 x17 and 9x17 option for a 930 - better tyre choice in the wider 17's, come at the right money and keeps the genuine 16's nice for the future. Any feedback or recomendations welcome.

dont 17's ruin the ride/cause tramline issues?
anyway I have a set of the 16's with my road tyres on , from Mat at type 911 (same wheels)
genuine 8 on the car and a fako 9 under my finger

You can get genuine Fuchs in 17 and 18 inch sizes now - Paragon bought a few sets for their 964 race cars when the reg's changed to allow 18's. They were about £2500/ set though.

I noticed in the 2014 Demon Tweeks catalogue that they now do Braid BZ competition quality Fuchs-a-likes, but they only list 15's and 16's.

I raced my SC on replicas once - they cracked due to the heat. Last time I looked Design 911 were doing the standard cheap replicas and also a better quality version suitable for competition.
