£99800 now showing for starting price Carrera. I don’t think that too bad for entry model.
It will be over 100k to put it on the road. I think it will be the pick of the range now.

Porsche exclude the £2700 odd first year registration / road tax costs. Plus as a min you’d want metallic, 20/21 wheels, sports seats plus, top window tint, heated gt s/wheel - so you’d be just under £106K OTR

Is the top window tint a must have?

Must admit I’m quite excited about the new engine tech. And now the GTS feels like Turbo performance in a more discreet package. Almost like a Touring but more practical.

I’d been wondering about selecting the manual but lack of this option has at least made my mind up for me.

+100%
we recently bought a new car and not wanting to faff about with faraday pouches ruled out so many options

Did the list price of the 992.1 GTS drop by 6k yesterday?
It was on the configurator for an hour at that, then got removed?

I was told last week they expected to be given allocations in the first week of June. Not sure what that means in terms of delivery however.

for £98 seems fair to me. My CR has it and I think it is a good option. Depends if you like to reduce dazzle or not....and on dark coloured cars makes it look a bit more moody blending in with the roof line.

Comfort Access is a feature I'd pay not to have!

Interesting. You now have to add the rear seats on the base C2 as a non cost option.

Lots of previous optional extras now 'free' though - just configured a base Carrera for a laugh and it comes with rev camera, keyless, cruise, folding mirrors and a few others. Probably a lot of other stuff that I haven't noticed.

You could easily spec one now without any options and be happy, assuming you like black or white of course.
And how do any of those things improve the driving experience? I wouldn't pay extra for any of them if given the choice.
They don't, but many people did spec those options as they were seen as must-haves so at least they are now just part of the spec.
I still think think this site should be called Moneyheads.com but moving on , correct previously you could pick what you wanted to have/pay for now its standard and the prices have risen to reflect that and before any one says a steering wheel or the like is included on a Dacia Duster and they only cost £50 thats irrelevant
