Looks a bit like it’s been to a tuner like techart
Not for me, I turned it down for GT4 RS slot
I guess you had little choice with that username. Not for me, I turned it down for GT4 RS slot
4RS is much more subtle.
I saw this yesterday… some interesting details…
- Multi stage damping for bump + rebound (beyond just normal and sport)
- Multi stage Diff/traction control it seems
- How the DRS functions
- Even shorter final drive ratio
- Cf door skins (which is also why the 992 door handle has been reverted to old tradition mechanism)
- Lower mounting points for the control arms for better roll center and mitigating dive

That looks stunning and invokes the little 10 year old inside me, brilliant! I always thought the RS (and to some extent the GT3) has been restrained, but now they've seemingly taken the gloves off. Yes, there'll be those who 'wouldn't be seen dead in that', which is fine, they're entitled to their opinion, but I'd suggest 'go buy a GT3 Touring - and if you're not using it on track, an S or a GTS...
Maybe now we'll see more being used as intended as speculators will (hopefully) shy away from something so extrovert...?
Anyway, I like it. Good luck to the few who get one, but please share pics, videos and experiences!

Speculators won’t be driving the cars, just buying, holding then selling, so how it looks won’t matter to them!Maybe now we'll see more being used as intended as speculators will (hopefully) shy away from something so extrovert...?

Ha Ha....So true ! Its all about the finacial gain and they don't give a toss on how it drives or looks.I suppose it is just a business for those people, so fair enough if the market can take it. Personally, each RS I have owned has had plenty of miles on it from new and therefore will never be premium for the collector. I don't give a damn about resale values or depreciation. I typically do 3-4000km in the first month anyway.
I don't really object to speculators as I don't buy from them, but I don't think of them as car enthusiasts- they are traders and clearly there are people willing to pay a huge premium.. . Same for watches, cult wines, tickets to major rock star concerts etc.
Where are we meant to be watching?!
