Can you still get Feu Orange air fresheners? I'm on about the original one with the chain and the pin.

Yep, my 26 year old Scirocco wears one with pride!

Local motor factors sell them. £1.49 I think. 80's cheese!

No they are no longer made, many people on retrorides were looking them and contacted the company that makes them.

Some new old stock about but getting rare.

I would love to see them back again. My old man used to put one in every car he owned. Started when he bought a brand new Mk 4 2.3 Ghia Cortina. Those were the days. Does anyone remember the little pin that used to come with it?

Bloody hell, I forgot those existed. Can't even remember what they smelled like.

Nowadays it's a Stawberry Magic Tree you want.

These were a factory option on all Mk5 Cortinas....at least everyone I ever went in had one hanging from the cig lighter up near the instrument binnacle - prob standard on the ghia and crusader models

It is reassuring to think that they must now be officially extinct as none have surfaced in nearly three years.

I believe the pin in those air fresheners fell foul of health and safety!

My dad always had these back in the day. If you got the piercing wrong it soaked the felt and cardboard IIRC
