This might be obvious to many of you, but I always find it strange how I've never heard or read anyone talking about it.

Ford mondeo mk1 saloon, same rear clusters as noble M12

TVR griffith has cavalier mk3 rear clusters flipped.

TVR 350 same lights as a capri

There are a few more that I know of but can't think of right now, anyone think of anymore?

TVR do it quite a lot. Aren't the Chimaera's lights from a later mark Fiesta.

There is of course a good reason for doing it as it avoids the expense of Type-approving your own clusters.

Other notable one is Morgan Aero which nicks them from the MINI.

Its mostly British sports manufacturers raiding the parts bins. Didn't the Lotus Esprit originally have Rover SD1 rear light clusters?

Older TVR door handles also look like Ford Escort ones.
