What to do? It's been hit pretty hard while parked, smashed the front wing and knockedvthe front wheels over. Thankfully the culprit left their details.

Anyway, need to get it sorted - so question is... Accident management company? Deal directly with their insurer? Won't need a hire car as she can just use mine in the interim so expect nobody is going to be interested...

You could get a management company involved, but it sounds like it'll be relatively straightforwards.

No PI means accident management won't give a fig, just go through insurance.

Should be - I've got voicemail from the chap apologising and admitting liability so there's no turning back possible. Question is, does the increase in premium that we're going to have count as a consequential loss?

This is now the 5th incident of damage on the street in as many years, across 3 different addresses... Is this normal? I was hoping for some kind of regression to mean. frown
